Saving Dreamz Foundation had organised an "Artistic Yoga" for the children of their Study Centre.
Master Samrat Delikar who is a State Level Yoga player had demonstrated his Yoga skills. Children were amused after watching different poses of Yoga and were keen to learn the same.
As discussed with Samrat and his team we will be having atleast one session in a month for your study centre children.
We would like to thanks for introducing us to this new form of yoga which would not only help us to remain fit but also it will make an impact in our lives.
