Saving Dreamz Foundation proudly celebrated "World Earth Day" with a series of engaging and educational activities aimed at fostering environmental awareness. This global event, dedicated to demonstrating support for environmental protection, provided an excellent opportunity for participants of all ages to learn, engage and commit to preserving our planet.

1. History of World Earth Day:

The festivities began with an informative session on the History of World Earth Day. Volunteers and participants gathered to learn about the origins of this important day, which was first celebrated in 1970.

2. Pledge to Keep the World Clean:

Following the historical overview, attendees took a collective Pledge to Keep the World Clean. This pledge was a symbolic yet powerful commitment to adopting sustainable practices in daily life. Participants vowed to reduce waste, recycle, conserve energy and educate others about the importance of environmental stewardship.

3. Nature Collage Drawing Activity:

Creativity and nature appreciation took center stage in our drawing by nature collage material activity. Children created beautiful collages using natural materials such as leaves, flowers, twigs and seeds. This hands-on activity not only allowed participants to express their artistic talents but also helped them connect with the natural world.

4. Installation of Bird Feeders:

In a bid to support local wildlife, we also installed bird feeders in various locations. Participants were taught how to make simple bird feeders using recycled materials, which were then placed in community gardens, parks, and backyards.

The World Earth Day celebration organized by the Saving Dreamz Foundation was a resounding success, bringing together people from all walks of life to celebrate and protect our planet. These activities not only educated and inspired participants but also reinforced the importance of collective action in tackling environmental issues.
