A joint initiative by Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Nagpur@2025 team regarding cleanliness to keep our city clean and beautiful.
Saving Dreamz Foundation had taken 4 areas under this initiative which are listed below:
1. Kunjilal Peth (Dhantoli Zone) 2. Ajni Railway Colony (Dhantoli Zone) 3. Nandaji Nagar (Gandhibagh Zone) 4. Guardline Colony (Gandhibagh Zone)
Areas which need to be worked are listed below:
1. Source segregation 2. Waste collection 3. Ban on single plastic use 4. Swatchhta App usage by residents 5. Composting of wet waste 6. Awareness activities, cleanliness message amongst all citizens 7. Non dumping of construction debris 8. Cleaned Garden / Public spaces / Working spaces 9. Innovation undertaken for waste management 10. Management of Animal and Dog poop 11. Public toilet management through NMC team 12. Black spots removal 13. Litter bins with street vendors 14. Red spot monitoring and elimination 15. Implementation of RRR (Reuse, reduce and recycle) 16. Upkeep of storm water drains through NMC 17. Rewards and recognition program for residents / cleaning staff, etc.
For this project we required dedicated people who will take the responsibility to spread awareness amongst citizen and make it an successful endeavour for our Nagpur City.
