On the occasion of International Climate Change Day, Saving Dreamz Foundation in association with Indian Biodiversity Conservation Society (IBCS) successfully organized a unique and interactive storytelling workshop titled "Wild Planet".

The session was creatively led by Ms. Sanika Rohit Tokhi from MIT Art, Design & Technology University, Pune, currently undergoing a internship with Saving Dreamz Foundation. Sanika conceptualized and conducted this special activity as part of her contribution to the Foundation’s educational and environmental awareness initiatives.

The event aimed to connect children with the wonders of wildlife, foster empathy for animals and create awareness about climate change and environmental conservation through the medium of storytelling. With colorful illustrations, vivid narratives and engaging interaction, Sanika took the children on an imaginary journey across forests, oceans and grasslands — introducing them to a wide variety of animals, their habitats and the challenges they face due to deforestation, pollution and climate change.

The storytelling session was not only informative but also left the children inspired and curious about the world around them. It reinforced the idea that even young voices can make a big difference in the fight to save our planet.

We sincerely thank Sanika Tokhi for this impactful initiative and her thoughtful engagement with the children. Her creativity, compassion and dedication truly reflect the spirit of responsible design and social change.

Special thanks to IBCS for their continued support in promoting biodiversity education and awareness through such collaborations.

Together, let’s continue to nurture young minds towards a more sustainable, conscious, and compassionate future.
