Believing that acquiring the right talent is the most important key to growth and that a person's skill can be different from the formal education received. Saving Dreamz Foundation has started an initiative "Talent Acquisition Program" where we nurture the talented children from various fields of education and support them gain quality training to boost their desired career.
To begin, Saving Dreamz Foundation has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with RS Software, one of the leading IT company situated at IT Park, Nagpur.
We are grateful to the Director of the company Mr. Sudipto Chatterjee and Ms. Rashmi Karemore for encouraging and believing in our initiative and joining hands with us for the betterment of our organization.
Our first candidate Mr. Mohammad Arbaaz Khan who is a Civil Engineer by profession and has completed Degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur (VNIT). However his wish is to built career in IT sector.
Gauging his potential through few interactions, our team decided to give him the necessary break in RS software, that will help him shape his future in IT sector.
We would like to encourage more students and especially their parents to understand, trust and encourage children even if their skill and wish is different from their formal education...because "Formal education can make you a living; self education and right skill will make you a fortune."
