Be it resources, guidance or mentorship, it's always a pleasure to be able to provide the children with what they need to shape their future.
One such experience was when Saving Dreamz Foundation in association with Aryaloka Computer Education, Nagpur, organised a drive for the students of Adarsh Kanya Mahavidyalaya and Nagsen Vidyalaya, Nagpur.
This school is one of the oldest school in Nagpur region and is in operation since 1958 having Marathi as the medium of education and almost 99% students are from impoverished background and lack basic amenities.
We are thankful to Mr. Aryaketu Sir, Mr. Dharshan Sir from Aryaloka Computer Education and Mr. Sunil Muley Sir from Adarsh Kanya Mahavidyalaya for giving us this opportunity to meet these children in person and exchange our thoughts.
We got to converse with the students and it was great to know their aspirations and willingness to learn new skills be it technical or non technical.
Also we took a brief session mentoring children on sports activities, where staff and students directly spoke with our foundation coaches and mentors.
We distributed 300+ books and pens to the students from Std. VII to Std. X. We also handed over few medical kits and Sanitizer bottles to School management and teacher's staff.
We will plan few more events and seminars on different topics and sports related activities for these children in coming future.
