On the occasion of the 134th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Saving Dreamz Foundation in collaboration with G.H. Raisoni College, Sadar, and its enthusiastic NSS Forum, organized an impactful Literacy Program for the children of our study centre.
This special initiative was a blend of education, awareness and interactive learning. The aim was not only to pay tribute to Babasaheb’s legacy but also to empower children with knowledge and practical life skills. The session was packed with insightful segments:
*Cybersecurity Awareness:* Children were introduced to the basics of cybersecurity where they learned about the potential dangers of the digital world. From online frauds to the importance of secure passwords, the session helped them understand how to stay safe while navigating the internet.
*Self-Defence Techniques:* Basic self-defence skills were taught to the children, empowering them to protect themselves in critical situations. The interactive training session boosted their confidence and introduced them to essential safety techniques.
*Health & Hygiene Awareness Act:* A lively and fun-filled skit was performed by the students to educate children on personal hygiene and healthy habits. The creative and humorous approach made learning enjoyable and memorable.
*Quiz on Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar:* To honor the visionary leader, a quiz based on the life and contributions of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was conducted. Children actively participated, showcasing their knowledge and enthusiasm. Winners were felicitated with gifts as a token of encouragement.
*Rope Skipping Demo & Participation:* Our talented children gave an energetic demonstration of Rope Skipping, showcasing the skills they’ve developed under the guidance of our team. The Raisoni College students also joined in and tried their hand at this dynamic activity, leading to moments of joy and active bonding. The event ended on a high note with smiles, claps, and heartfelt gratitude.
