Event : Blood Donation Drive

"You were born with ability to change someone's life. Excuses don't save life, blood donation does."
Blood is formed only in human body. There can be no other work as sacred as "Blood Donation".
We had planned this event in the month of January, however we postponed it owing to surge in covid cases.
Considering lots of requests for blood within Nagpur and nearby regions, we decided that we will make this drive on continous basis so that no one would have to suffer due to lack of blood.
We met a 15 year old girl of Wadamba Village who was suffering from Jaundice and her Haemoglobin was 3.5 gm, when she was admitted to the hospital. We arranged 3 units of blood and now the girl is discharged from the hospital.
This incident and few previous incidents made us realise the importance of availability of blood.
The drive for blood donation was successfully conducted with the help of our Saving Dreamz Foundation family, supporters and generous blood donars.
We are grateful to everyone who helped us make this noble event successful and seek continous support for similar drives in future. And special thanks to Dinesh Wankhede dada for making all the necessary arrangements to execute the drive.
